An important Suffragette cartoon postcard written and signed by Emmeline Pankhurst and addressed to Miss E Herbert, Nr Monmouth. In the note Emmeline enquires as to whether Miss Herbert has attended many meetings recently and 'trusts she will see her' at the meeting next week at the Rolls Hall in Monmouth.
